Принять участие в конкурсе могут стартапы на этапе лабораторных испытаний от разработчиков новых технологий, инженерных команд с разработанным продуктом или технологией и оформленной интеллектуальной собственностью, а также участников с опытом промышленного внедрения.

Первый завод уже строится на базе Ярактинского месторождения и будет запушен в 2022 году. Запуск второй очереди запланирован на 2025 год. Кроме того, на Иркутском заводе полимеров в Усть-Куте приступают к монтажу крупногабаритного оборудования, которое было доставлено Северным морским путем в 2020 году.

В 2000-ом году, когда «Иркутская нефтяная компания» только создавалась, на лицензионных участках Даниловский, Марковский и Япактинский добыча жидкого углеводородного сырья составила всего тридцать тысяч тонн. Компания в прошлом году приступила к подготовке ТЭО потенциального инвестпроекта по освоению запасов газовых и нефтегазоконденсатных месторождений группы ИНК. Основу комплекса составят северные месторождения газового сырья, а также около пятисот километров газопроводов и продуктопроводов, которые протянутся к Усть-Куту.
Теперь там все в глине и грязи. Мы конечно понимаем, что сегодняшним руководителям РЖД вообще наплевать и на устькутян и на ветеранов БАМа и вообще на всех.
Они даже не потрудились закончить стройку и убрать за собой грязь к юбилею БАМа. Тем не менее, провал аутентично отметить юбилей БАМа, местные власти пытаются нивелировать концертами в ДК Речники 26 июня и на площади у вокзала 5 июля. Правда это будет выглядеть так, как если бы празднование дня рождения, перенесли месяца на полтора и приурочили к получению свидетельства о рождении, или ко дню выхода отца ребенка из запоя. Печально конечно, что единственный всероссийский праздник связанный с Усть-Кутом, город встретит в ужасном состоянии и вообще без подарка для жителей.
Все наверное запомнили, как во время предвыборной компании в прошлом году, кандидатка от ИНК назначила себя председателем комитета по празднованию 50-летия начала строительства БАМа? Так вот после безальтернативных выборов, она судя по всему вообще забыла о юбилее. Для мэра района это событие тоже ничего не значит, так как он самый настоящий варяг и не связывает свою дальнейшую жизнь с Усть-Кутом. Коттедж в Ново-разводной в Иркутске вместо Усть-Кута, говорит сами за себя.
По мнению мэра, депутатки Заксобрания и функционеров ВСЖД, отмечать юбилей устькутяне будут не в историческую дату, а как сдадут новый вокзал и вообще как будет удобнее властям.
